This notice explains how Limes AI LTD processes personal data collected through limesai.uk, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

What we collect
Only what you write in the contact form:
- your name
- your email address
- the text of your message
- whether you ticked the updates checkbox
- date and time of submission, the version of this notice, and the technical browser string used to limit automated submissions
Nothing else through the form. The site uses Google Analytics to measure visits, but only if you consent: until you accept via the banner, no analytics cookie is set. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts: at that moment your IP address is visible to Google, the provider of that service.

The updates checkbox is optional: you can write to us without ticking it, and your enquiry will be answered all the same.
Who else sees your data
- Supabase — database infrastructure where form submissions are stored. Processing region: Frankfurt, Germany.
- Netlify — the provider hosting this website.
- Google Workspace — the email service we reply from.
- HubSpot — our contact management system, to which your data is transferred only if a business relationship develops from your message.
We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Transfers outside the European Union
Limes AI LTD is a company based in the United Kingdom, and some of the providers listed above are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers rely on adequacy decisions adopted by the European Commission, where applicable, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Data collected through the contact form remains stored on servers located in Germany.
You can request a copy of the applicable safeguards by writing to office@limesai.uk.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a machine-readable format, and object to processing. If you gave us your consent to receive updates, you can withdraw it whenever you like: withdrawal does not affect what happened before.
To exercise your rights, write to office@limesai.uk. We reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Cookies and statistics
The site uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) to understand, in aggregate, how it is used. This tool sets technical and analytics cookies only after you have given consent through the banner shown on your first visit: if you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and the site works exactly the same.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site's cookies in your browser: the banner reappears on your next visit. Data collected by Google Analytics may be transferred to the United States under the safeguards described above.
Changes
If anything changes, we publish the new version here with a new date. The version that applied to your enquiry is recorded together with the data you sent us.
